First of all, you might know what reptiles are but do you know what reptilians are? Reptilians are supposed reptilian humanoids. They are also called reptoids, lizard people, reptiloids, saurians, or draconian. Reptilians play a prominent role in fantasy, science-fiction, ufology, and of course conspiracy theories.

Well, there is no scarcity of conspiracy theories currently, and given the outbreak of coronavirus, the internet is filled with conspiracy theories. Coming to David Icke, he is an English conspiracy theorist and a former footballer and sports broadcaster.
The idea of reptilians was popularized by David Icke. He claims that reptilian shape-shifting aliens control Earth by taking on human form and gaining political power to manipulate human societies. According to him, thousands of years ago, reptilian beings (from the constellations Orion, Sirius, and Draco) came on planet earth and began interbreeding with human beings.
Not physically, but through manipulation of human coding or DNA. Icke states that humans have fundamental reptilian genetics within their brains. So it is fair to say that David Icke is a pioneer in this conspiracy theory. He claims an interdimensional race of reptilian beings have hijacked the earth and genetically modified humans- Archon hybrid race of shapeshifting reptilians; Illuminati or elite, manipulate events to keep humans in fear.
Sounds like a perfect sci-fi movies script isn’t it?
How to Identify a Reptilian?
The common signs of a reptilian are as follows:
- Predominance of green or hazel eyes that change colour.
- Turn red or reddish
- Low blood pressure
- Keen sight or hearing
- Unidentified Flying Object(UFO) connections
- Piercing eyes
- A sense of not belonging to human race
- Unexplained scars on the body
- Capability to disrupt electrical appliances.
- Deep compassion for fate of mankind.
- And finally alien contacts
Do People Actually Believe in Conspiracy Theories?
Yes, according to a public polling survey, around 12 million people in the United States believe that interstellar lizards in people suits rule over the country.
Not kidding, people actually believe this. There are several Facebook pages dedicated to this.
Conspiracy Theories in Politics
Coming back to David Icke’s claims; he contends that most of the world’s ancient and modern leaders are related to reptilians, including the bush family in America and the British royal family.
In February 2011, on the Opie and Anthony radio show, comedian Louis C.K jokingly asked Donald Rumsfeld, former U.S secretary of defense, a number of times whether he and Dick Cheney were lizard people who enjoyed the taste of human flesh.
Amused by Rumsfeld’s refusal to directly answer the question, C.K suggested that it as a possible admission of guilt.
Moreover there is a video in which former U.S president Barack Obama showcases his uncanny ability to assassinate flies.
There you have it only a reptilian could have done it.
On March 4, 2013, a video depicting a security agent with unusual features guarding a speech by former U.S president Barack Obama was highlighted in a wired report about shape shifting reptilians.
In conclusion conspiracies will continue, and they will keep emerging and eventually fading out with time.
